Kim Kardashian’s son’s walkout with Lionel Messi has fans divided
Sunday’s Inter Miami-LA Galaxy game wasn’t without controversy for Kim Kardashian.
Upon sharing a video of son Saint, 8, walking out to the field with Miami superstar Lionel Messi, the SKIMS mogul, 43, received a mixed bag of responses from fans on X, with some hyping up the moment while others called attention to “privilege.”

As some fans expressed excitement for Saint, writing, “so freaking cool,” and “I bet he was in heaven,” others offered different takes.
“Talk about privilege. Hope he can kick the ball,” one X user wrote.
Another penned, “Would be awesome if some kid actually deserving of it got that opportunity. Not someone who was incredibly lucky to be born to billionaires.”
Saint is one of four children Kardashian shares with her ex-husband, rapper Kanye West.

They are also parents to daughters North, 10, and Chicago, 6, and 4-year-old son Psalm.
Kardashian and West, 46, originally wed in 2014 before finalizing their divorce in 2022.
The stars were certainly out at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, Calif., on Sunday.
Halle Berry, Edward Norton and tennis great Novak Djokovic were among those in attendance for MLS Opening Weekend, with Messi scoring for Miami in the 92nd minute of the 1-1 draw against the Galaxy.

This year marks Messi’s first full season in MLS after he joined the team in July 2023.
Kardashian and Saint took in the eight-time Ballon d’Or winner’s MLS debut last summer.
